1. Refund Eligibility
We will refund 100% of the startup cost if, after six (6) consecutive months of service, no deletions or removals have been achieved on your credit report.
Conditions for Eligibility:
• You must have completed a full six-month cycle of our services without any interruptions in payments.
• You must have followed all recommended steps, including providing the necessary documents and responding promptly to any requests.
• No deletions, removals, or modifications to negative items must have occurred on any of your credit reports during the six-month period.
2. Non-Refundable Monthly Fees
The monthly service fee is non-refundable for the following reasons:
• Labor and Expertise: Each month, our team dedicates time and effort to analyzing your credit situation, strategizing dispute processes, and customizing approaches based on your unique credit profile.
• Administrative Costs: This fee covers the administrative tasks required to prepare and submit dispute letters, research credit reporting issues, and communicate with credit bureaus on your behalf.
• Postage and Handling: Our process involves mailing dispute letters and other necessary documents, often via certified mail, ensuring they reach the appropriate agencies. The cost of postage is included in the monthly fee and is non-recoverable.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria for the refund of your startup cost, you must submit a written request within 30 days after the completion of the six-month period. Requests should be sent to:

• A copy of your credit reports from all three major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) reflecting no deletions or modifications
• Proof of timely payments for all six months
4. Processing of Refunds
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 30 business days using the original payment method.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
• The guarantee applies only to the startup cost and does not include any additional services, consultations, or optional upgrades.
• If any deletions, removals, or modifications have occurred—even if they are minimal—the money-back guarantee is void.
• Clients who discontinue services before completing the full six-month period are not eligible for a refund.
